What are MP3's
All of our music downloads are in MP3 format. This popular format may be played on your computer, iPod, or MP3 player. MP3 files may also be burned to discs, using your own disc-burning software.
What are "Zipped Files?"
Most of our activity downloads are delivered to your computer in compressed (zipped) files. This allows you to save time by downloading a small number of files, rather than needing to download lots of different files one at a time. Once you know how to expand a zipped file, you'll find it a convenient time-saver.
Most Macs and newer PCs already have un-zipping (or expanding) software installed. In the unlikely event that your computer lacks un-zipping software, you can usually obtain free downloads from companies such as WinZip or StuffIt.
Can I Burn MP3 Files to a CD? Or transfer them to a portable device?
If you know how to transfer an MP3 file to your portable device or to a disc, you shouldn't have any trouble with the MP3 files from our store. Please remember to work with your MP3 files – not the zipped file – according to the instructions for your portable device or your disc-burning software.
There are dozens of different portable device and CD-burning software programs available, and we regretfully are unable to offer help with transferring your files beyond your computer.
If I get frustrated, can I just have a CD?
We're sorry, but downloads are not refundable or exchangeable, even for CDs with the same title. Our means of paying artists and publishers are totally separate and payments are sometimes even made to different parties.

Our downloads offer you the opportunity to receive top-quality music, while avoiding shipping fees and the wait for CDs to be shipped. However, if you lack experience with downloads, and don't have someone who can help you, please email us so we can assist you.
Returns Policy
Please note there are no refunds on downloaded items. If you are having issues with a downloaded item please email the office with your problem so we may assist you further. If necessary we will ask you to return the file to us so we can determine the problem, and issue you with new files.
For goods received via post:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Class Refund Policy
Missed sessions cannot be carried over into the next term (but this is negotiatble if you email the office).
Refunds are not given if you change your mind and stop attending classes.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.
