At the end of the session, children will be tired and in need of a quiet contemplative activity.  The opportunity to focus on an image while listening to a story-song will enable them to calm their breathing and nervous system.  This makes a good transition to the farewell ritual and the actual leave-taking.  This song gives children and adults the opportunity to discuss the proneness of some children towards cruelty to animals.
